Course Description
The course provides questioning, objective knowledge at the undergraduate level in order to gain a theoretical perspective, ability of analysis, habit of observation and evaluation in a scientific framework specific to the Organisation.

To know the theories in the organisation theory literature with their structural features,
To determine the applications of organisation theory with observations in daily life,
To be able to see the defects in the applications of organisation theory,
To be able to analyse the applications of organisation theory.

1. Knows the theories of organisation with structural differences from each other.
2. Analyse the approaches between organisational theories.
3. Can make a design for an organisation.
4. Analyse the design of an organisation and identify problem areas.
5. Determine the management perspective from the structure of an organisation.
