Course Description
This course examines the fundamental processes and strategic importance of human resource management. It focuses on topics such as job analysis, talent management, recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation planning, and employee relations.

Course Objectives
To develop an awareness that acquiring and managing human resources effectively and efficiently creates an important competitive advantage and therefore should be addressed from a strategic perspective,
To define the fields of activity of human resources management and explain the effects of developments in each field of activity on other fields of activity,
To explain the appropriate approaches and techniques for achieving better and solving problems in each field of activity of human resources management.
Course Outcomes
1. Define the functional areas of human resource management and explain their interrelationships.
2. Develop policies for workforce planning, acquisition, retention, development, and protection by utilizing principles and both internal and external environment analysis.
3. Identify and resolve problems in human resource management.
