Course Description
Group dynamics, developmental process of groups, difference between teams and groups, roles in teams, communication within the group, conflict within the group, problem solving and decision making within the group, managing groups, evaluation of groups.

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to develop awareness and gain teamwork skills in order to develop and protect the team concept in business life.
