This course focuses on the fundamental principles of behavior in organizations and explains the interactions between individuals and groups in the workplace. By raising awareness of topics such as individual and cultural differences, perception, motivation, decision-making, power and political behavior, and conflict management, it aims to help students make better behavioral choices and develop appropriate workplace behaviors.

Explaining the effects of individual differences and cultural differences on behaviors and therefore on the work environment in terms of employees' personalities, individual values and social identities,
Explaining the processes of creating perceptions, changing behaviors and making decisions of employees,
Explaining behaviors that occur within the framework of motivation, reward, group dynamics, communication, political behavior, conflict and negotiation and human resources management issues and defining appropriate behaviors.
