Course Description
This course provides knowledge on supply chain management, production planning, inventory management, and logistics and storage, helping students develop the skills for production planning control.

Course Objectives
The aim of the course is to understand the importance of decisions related to the functioning of supply chains and production systems, analyze business problems, and propose solutions. Students will master mathematical models and methodologies in areas such as supply chain management, material requirements planning, and enterprise resource planning, and will be able to make improvements by understanding the concepts of efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, they will gain knowledge about technologies in the supply chain.
Course Outcomes
1. By understanding the importance and relationships of decisions related to the functioning of supply chains and production systems, students can identify business problems in this field, analyze their causes, and propose solutions.
2. Master mathematical models and methodologies that can be used for planning, execution, and control in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Material Requirements Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, Just-in-Time Production, and Lean Manufacturing.
3. Understand the concepts of efficiency and sustainability throughout the supply chain and establish relationships to make improvements.
4. Gain knowledge about information, process, production, transportation, and storage technologies that can be used throughout the supply chain.
5. Understand the concepts of Production planning and control in English and can use the English language in this field.
