Course Description
The project management approach ensures that projects developed to solve a problem are completed on time, within budget and with the expected work quality. It also helps identify and reduce risks, manage resources effectively, and keep stakeholders well informed and involved throughout the project. Handling the activities carried out in businesses with a project cycle approach and applying project management tools and techniques in the planning and analysis stages makes it easier for the business to achieve its strategic goals and makes process performances more visible. Therefore, in this course, the stages of project cycle management and the techniques used are explained, and students are provided with a practical understanding of the subject through project assignments given during the semester.
