Course Description
Under the supervision of a faculty member in the Management department, taking into account the interest of the student, research should be conducted on a subject based on business functions and, where possible, course outcomes should be prepared as papers, articles, projects, etc. turning it into scientific studies.

Depending on the topic chosen in line with the student's interests, the instructor who teaches the course informs the student about the necessary resources during the course.
Course Objectives
The aim of this course is for the student to learn how to conduct academic research within the framework of the business discipline. In accordance with this purpose, the student; The student is expected to read sources related to the research topic, make a presentation(s) to the instructor regarding the sources he/she read, and prepare a short output document of original value that reports the results of the research or project he/she has conducted in writing.
Course Outcomes
1. Learn to research a specific topic in business literature scientifically, within an ethical framework, by using search indexes.
2. Learn to apply and interpret the results by introducing at least one of the research methods.
3. Learn reporting techniques such as writing articles/papers.
4. Improve himself in presentation skills.

Week 11: The student presents the first draft of his report/project/paper/article and receives feedback
