Course Description
Basic terms and concepts related to literature will be defined to students,

Course Objectives
This course aims to introduce students to the basic terms and concepts of literature. This term and concepts (figures of speech, elements of plot, literary genres and subgenres, etc.) students' literary works understanding and interpretation skills.
Course Outcomes
1. Students will be able to understand and recognize literature as a literary genre and an art form
2. Students will have knowledge about different literary genres and sub-genres
3. Students will be able to understand basic literary terms and use them when analyzing literary works
