Course Objectives
In this course, the fundamental design elements and principles covered in EÜT121 - Basic Design I are revisited and explored in more comprehensive and long-term exercises. The goal is to enhance students' ability to think abstractly and in three dimensions. Throughout the course, students will work with different materials to develop their compositional sensitivities. The course encourages students to freely express themselves as designers and create original designs.
Course Outcomes
1. Can express ideas in two and three dimensions in line with basic design and visual hierarchy principles.
2. Can effectively carry out the entire project process by gaining the skills to plan, execute and manage design processes.
3. By planning and analyzing the research methods needed in the design process, can use the results obtained in their projects.
