Course Description
This course covers the studies conducted to gather information about potential users of a product. In user-centered product design, the design is made considering the needs of potential users. User research involves methods used to ensure that design is based on real data regarding potential users. In the User Research course, techniques that allow obtaining information about individuals (users) who are targeted to use a product or service for a period of time are emphasized.
