Course Description
To analyze and understand the operating principles, models, and circuits formed by semiconductor devices.

Course Objectives
To learn the operating principles of PN diodes, BJT transistors, and MOSFETs, and to reach a level where DC/AC analysis and design of single- and multi-stage circuits composed of these devices can be performed.

2. Diode circuits, diode modeling, half-wave and full-wave rectifiers
3. Bipolar junction transistors (BJT), DC analysis, and biasing circuits
