Course Description
Basic concepts used in the systems simulation. Introduction to the steps in a simulation study. Introducing and reviewing the probability and statistics required for a simulation study. Discrete-Event system simulation design. Programming the conceptual simulation models. Queueing Systems. Verification and validation analysis. Output analysis. Case studies in production and service systems.
