Drawing II is a studio course in which students observe and perceive various objects, natural elements, and the human figure, reflecting their observations through drawings. In this course, after researching the elements that constitute drawing, students engage in studies on line, line value, placement, sketching, proportion and scale, perspective, positive-negative space, balance, and modeling. Emphasis is placed on students' understanding of drawing tools and materials, as well as the terminology of the drawing course. Additionally, a theoretical foundation related to drawing is established through various visual and written sources.

The aim is to develop students' visual perception, drawing skills, artistic creativity, and talent through drawing exercises. For this purpose, students are encouraged to recognize the characteristics and aesthetic qualities of various objects and the human figure and incorporate them into their work. Additionally, the course lays the foundation for accurately identifying and interpreting objects to be used in their future design fields. Enhancing their creative and constructive abilities through mental stimulation in object-space perception is also a key objective.
1. Explains the basic terminology, drawing elements, and theoretical framework of the art of drawing by examining various visual and written sources.
2. Effectively uses the drawing tools and materials required to transfer observation and perception processes onto paper by creating accurate line and tonal values.
3. Transforms the human figure, natural objects, and everyday objects into two-dimensional visual expressions by applying the principles of ratio, proportion, perspective, and modeling.
4. Constructs drawings by considering aesthetic composition principles such as placement on paper and the balance between positive and negative space.
