Course Description
Learning problem-solving methods in communication design, including approaching design challenges, conducting research, defining problems, identifying target audiences, and developing and evaluating visual solutions. Creating cohesive and creative corporate identity design products tailored to the target audience while ensuring consistency in visual language. Developing effective visuals and slogans to create a campaign for a brand or institution.

Course Objectives
This course covers fundamental design elements, helping students acquire the necessary terminology and practical knowledge related to design principles. Through projects involving logo, emblem, pictogram, and corporate identity design, students will apply their knowledge and develop efficient and foundational design projects.
Course Outcomes

Tentative Course Plan
Week 1: Introduction to the Corporate Identity Project, Visual concept research on corporate identity. Selection of a non-existing profession, organization, foundation, company, or personal brand for corporate identity design. Assignment: Brief creation process.
Week 2: Logo / Logotype / Slogan Development Process
Week 3: Logo / Logotype / Slogan Development Process
Week 4: Corporate Identity Product Design Process, Designing ID cards and visitor cards.
Week 5: Corporate Mascot Design, Creating a mascot design for the selected corporate identity and critique of sketches.
Week 6: Corporate Mascot Design, Completion of the mascot design process.
Week 7: Corporate Mascot Design
Week 8: Social Media Designs, Creating social media post designs
Week 9: Animated Logo
Week 10: Animated Logo
Week 11: Corporate Identity Booklet, Creating the Corporate Identity Booklet.
Week 12: Final Exam – Jury Presentation
