The course focuses on the basic knowledge, principles and institutions of administrative law. The course will cover administrative procedure, public service, public service procedures, law enforcement, law enforcement procedures and the limits of authority, public property and the procedures for the acquisition of property by the administration, public officials and civil servant status and the legal regime of this status.

This course aims to teach students the basic legal regulations on administrative procedure, public service delivery procedures, law enforcement and public officials. By covering issues related to the management of public property, expropriation processes and civil servant status, the course aims to ensure that students understand the basic concepts and legal regulations in the field of public administration. The course comprehensively covers the rights, duties, responsibilities and disciplinary punishment regimes of public officials.
1. Defines the concept of administrative procedure and has knowledge about the procedures used in the functioning of public services.
2. Has a command of the types of police and police procedures, distinguishes the limits of police powers.
3. Has a command of the procedures of public service, the importance of these procedures in the legal system and their effects in practice.
4. Defines the concept of public goods and distinguishes the legal regulations related to the management of public goods.
5. Has a command of the expropriation process and the legal and administrative dimensions of expropriation.
6. Has a command of civil servant status, duties, prohibitions and rights of civil servants.
7. Explains the disciplinary, criminal and financial responsibilities of civil servants and has knowledge of legal regulations on this subject.
8. To have knowledge about the conditions that reduce the civil service and the conditions for the termination of the civil service status.
