This course examines the legal dimensions of international trade and economic integration. Global and regional trade mechanisms, especially models such as the European Union and Turkey-EU Customs Union, are discussed. The basic rules and dispute settlement mechanism of the World Trade Organization are also evaluated within the scope of the course.

The aim of this course is to teach students the legal dimensions of international trade and economic integration. The course focuses on analyzing the functioning of international and regional economic integration models such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the European Union (EU) and the legal principles of these structures. In addition, students are expected to evaluate economic integration processes and examine trade dispute settlement mechanisms through examples such as the EU Internal Market, Turkey-EU Customs Union.
