Within the scope of this course, the student participates in a full-time cooperative education program at a company (institution) for one semester.

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is for the student, after completing the courses from the first five semesters and acquiring fundamental theoretical knowledge about business functions and management, to start connecting what they have learned with practical work life in a company (institution) and to observe the working environment.
Course Outcomes
1. Within the scope of the Cooperative Education Model, the student internalizes both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a balanced way, bridging the gap between academia and the business world.
2. Through the internship experience in their field of study, the student reinforces their professional knowledge and skills through hands-on practice.
3. By taking strategic steps in career planning, the student sets professional goals and creates a roadmap to achieve them.
4. With the experience gained during the internship, the student becomes a preferred and experienced candidate in their field of work after graduation.
5. By actively using and learning new technologies in the workplace, the student enhances their digital skills and innovative approaches.
6. Gaining approximately one year of experience provides the student with a competitive advantage in terms of position and salary when entering the job market.
7. By developing discipline and time management skills in a professional work environment, the student gains the competence to be a responsible employee at a young age.
8. Applying the theoretical knowledge acquired in their academic program to the workplace, the student understands the importance of the relationship between academic knowledge and practical experience.
9. Through the internship experience, the student familiarizes themselves with workplace dynamics and corporate culture, improving teamwork and communication skills.
10. By actively participating in real work projects, the student reinforces problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills through hands-on practice.
11. By closely following and applying industry trends and innovations, the student ensures continuous professional development and stays up to date.

The course evaluation is conducted in the form of the student submitting a cooperative education report, after which the student's advisor assigns a pass/fail grade.
