The effects of political ideas on state administration mechanisms and powers from Ancient Greece to Rome, from Rome to the Middle Ages, from the Middle Ages to the Modern Age, from the Modern Age to the Modern Age, their regional effects and their reflections on the present day will be examined.

To examine the effects of political ideas on political systems and to evaluate the social effects of the relationships between political ideas and political systems.
1. Understanding the importance of the characteristics of the place and period in which one lives in the emergence of political thought forms.
2. Being able to evaluate their impact on political regimes.
3. Being able to determine the relationships between political thoughts and social structures.
