Course Description
In this course, poets who produced after 1960 and their poems will be discussed.

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to provide information about the post-1960 poetry movements, poets and poems.
Course Outcomes
1. Learns the poetry movements in Turkey after 1960.
2. Recognizes the important poets of this period and learn to read and analyze their works.

Week 3: Cemal Süreya and the analysis of his poem Hüznün Kuşları
Week 4: İlhan Berk and the analysis of his poem Acının Adı
Week 5: Edip Cansever and the analysis of his poem Yaşamak Telaşı
Week 6: Ece Ayhan and the analysis of his poem Üç Gencin Kalbi
Week 7: Turgut Uyar and the analysis of his poem Senfoni
Week 8: Sezai Karakoç and the analysis of his poem Veda
Week 9: Post-İkinci Yeni Poetry
Week 10: Ataol Behramoğlu and the analysis of his poem Yeni Aşka Gazel
Week 11: İsmet Özel and the analysis of his poem Zor Zamanda Konuşmak
