In this course, the phonetic, morphological and syntactic features of Karakhanid Turkish, the oldest of the Turkish languages of the Islamic period, will be examined; reading, transcription, comprehension and grammar studies will be carried out on the works representing this period.

The aim of this course is to teach the phonetic, morphological and syntactic features of Karakhanid Turkish; to conduct reading, transcription, comprehension and grammar studies on works representing this period.
1. Learns the sound, form and syntax of Karakhanid period Turkish.
2. Learns the works of Karakhanid period Turkish.
3. Conducts reading and translation studies on Karakhanid period texts.
