Course Description
In this course, the language features of Harezm and Chagatai Turkish will be discussed and reading, transcription and comprehension exercises will be carried out on texts written in these dialects.

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce the features of the Harezm and Chagatai languages and the great names of Chagatai literature.
Course Outcomes
1. Learns the phonetics, morphology and syntax of Harezm-Chagatai period Turkish.
2. Learns the works of Harezm-Chagatai period Turkish.
3. Conducts reading and translation studies on Harezm-Chagatai period texts.

Week 5: Reading the Nehcü'l-Feradis text and examining its phonetic features
Week 6: Reading the Nehcü'l-Feradis text and examining its grammatical features

Week 9: Reading: Kısasü'l-Enbiya
