The purpose of this internship is to protect and improve the physical, mental and social well-being of women with gynecological diseases and pregnant women, and to provide information, skills and attitudes about women's health issues that are frequently encountered and cause the most death in Türkiye, and about initiatives for early diagnosis and appropriate treatment both in the community and at the health center level.
1. Ability to take general and problem-oriented history from gynecological and obstetric patients
2. Ability to perform general and problem-oriented physical examinations on gynecological and obstetric patients
3. Ability to perform pregnancy examination

5. Ability to keep records, report and notify
6. Ability to perform laboratory tests and other related procedures
7. Ability to perform vaginal discharge sample examination (Urogenital infection screening, fresh preparation preparation and examination) and evaluation
8. Ability to perform postpartum maternal care
9. Ability to perform postpartum infant care
10. Ability to perform and suture episiotomy
11. Ability to monitor pregnant and postpartum women
12. Ability to take vaginal and cervical samples
13. Neonatal resuscitation
14. Ability to acquire preventive medicine and community medicine application skills
15. Ability to provide family counseling
16. Ability to provide family planning counseling
17. Ability to teach correct breastfeeding methods
18. Ability to apply contraception methods correctly and monitor users
19. Frequent Having knowledge about the epidemiology, clinic, pathogenesis, risk factors, preventive approaches and treatment of gynecological cancers and trophoblastic diseases
20. Knowing sexually transmitted diseases and providing education to the patient
