Program Outcomes

1) To provide the ability to understand and explain basic concepts and theories related to language and literature sciences.

2) To provide information on how to examine the Turkish language from different perspectives such as phonetics, morphology, syntax and semantics.

7) To provide the ability to write academic papers and conduct research in the field and to ensure proficiency making use of current opportunities and information technologies.

8) To provide the ability to explain, analyze and dissect literary texts encountered throughout the historical course of the Turkish language.

9) To ensure that the students gain the awareness on lifelong learning in the light of contemporary opportunities.

10) To encourage participation in current scientific, cultural and artistic activities and to ensure that students benefit from the knowledge and approaches learned at the university.
