Games are fun systems that bring together various psychological, creative, and technical fields. The goal of game design is to combine these different types of knowledge to create an experience that engages players.
EÜT 346 is a practice-based course. Students will learn the basic principles of game design by designing physical board games and will develop their own original games. Digital games and programming are not part of this course's scope. No prior game design experience is expected from the students.
