Course Description
International Management subjects, cross-cultural management, management models towards to improve the performance of organizations are in the global markets by analyzing management problems encountered in the international markets, intercultural communication, negotiation techniques and global market conditions will be explained.

Course Objectives
This course equips students with a global management perspective, focusing on cross-cultural competence, international market analysis, and strategic decision-making. It covers intercultural communication, negotiation techniques, and management models to enhance organizational performance. Students will develop problem-solving skills to address challenges in multinational operations and adapt to evolving global business trends.
