This course provides individuals and entrepreneurs in the process of starting a new business with a fundamental and theoretical knowledge base about the financial resources needed in the initial stage. In the later stages, that is, after incorporation, it aims to equip them with financial management skills and the ability to use resources effectively.
In short, this course helps entrepreneurs understand how to overcome the financial challenges they face when making financial decisions. Entrepreneurs gain knowledge in areas such as financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and investment decisions to grow their businesses in a sustainable manner.

This course aims to help entrepreneurs understand the financial resources they need during the business establishment process and the financial management processes.
Students will gain knowledge and skills in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and investment decisions, acquiring the ability to develop the necessary financial strategies to grow their businesses sustainably.
Additionally, methods to help entrepreneurs overcome the fundamental challenges they face in financial decision-making processes will be covered.
1. Can understand fundamental and theoretical knowledge about the financial resources needed in the initial stage of the business establishment process.
2. Can analyze the financial management processes of entrepreneurs within the framework of financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
3. Gains knowledge of effectively utilizing financial resources and making investment decisions to ensure the sustainable growth of businesses in the post-incorporation stage.
4. Can assess the fundamental risks encountered in financial decision-making processes and develop strategies to manage these risks.

Week 3: Detailed Overview of the Pre-Incorporation Preparation Phase: Business Plan Preparation (Business Model and Financial Planning)
Week 4: Business Formation and Financial Structure: Types of Companies (Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Sole Proprietorship) and Determination of Capital Structure
Week 5: Financing Models for Entrepreneurs: Bank Loans, Small Business Loans, and Government-Supported Credit and Grants (e.g., KOSGEB)
