are capable of leadership in serving the science and humanity and are strong in adapting to the ever changing world.

Degree Earned

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering.

Level of Degree Earned

The Computer Engineering program is a Master's degree program, classified as Level 7 in the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ).

Requirements and Rules of the Degree Earned

Graduation requirements are defined according to Articles 18 and 21 of the Graduate Education and Examination Regulation (link: https: //www. mevzuat. gov. tr/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=8039&MevzuatTur=8&MevzuatTertip=5). Additionally, the student's cumulative grade point average (GPA) must be at least 3. 00/4. 00. To graduate from the non-thesis program, a student must successfully complete 10 courses with a minimum of 90 ECTS, the BİL 598 term project course (45 ECTS), and the FBE 600 Scientific Research Techniques and Publication Ethics course within the maximum duration of study. Additionally, the student's cumulative grade point average (GPA) must be at least 3. 00/4. 00.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the master's program, candidates must 1) hold a Bachelor's degree, 2) obtain a minimum score of 65/100 on the ALES exam, (for international students, GRE scores are accepted instead of ALES. )3) and, obtain a minimum score of 60/100 on one of the following language proficiency exams: YDS, KPDS, TOEFL, or IELTS. Recognition of Prior Learning

1The equivalency and content compatibility of a course previously taken by a student at another institution are evaluated by the Department Board and the Graduate School Board. If the course is deemed equivalent, it will be accepted as a substitute for the corresponding program course with its letter grade for students who transferred via ÖSYM or lateral transfer.

Except the project and laboratory courses, which do not necessarily require an examination, all courses require at least a midterm and a final exam. Final exams are applied in a specific period of time indicated in the Academic Calendar. Final exam period and classrooms are determined by the Rectorate.
