General Information

TOBB University of Economics and Technology Design Master's Program operates under the Social Sciences Institute.The program has a structure consisting of a total of 6 semesters.

Degree Earned

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Master's Degree in Design Master Program.


Level of Degree Earned

The Design Master Program program is a Master's degree program, classified as Level 7 in the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ).


Requirements and Rules of the Degree Earned

In order to obtain the Master's Degree in Design, students must have successfully completed 60 ECTS courses (23 national credits) and have achieved a general academic average of at least 2.00 according to the four-point system.


Admission Requirements

To be accepted to the Design Master's Program, candidates must have completed their undergraduate education in the relevant fields, choose the program, and meet the application requirements specified by the social sciences institute.

Examinations, Assessment and Evaluation

Exams and measurement-evaluation methods are defined in the "Course Curriculum" section of each course information package. Exams and course success grade evaluations are implemented in accordance with the relevant articles of the TOBB University of Economics and Technology Postgraduate Education and Examination Regulation.


Mode of Instruction

The program is carried out as full-time 1st education.

Occupational Profile of Graduates - Employment Opportunities

Graduates of the Design Master's Program can take on tasks related to project design, implementation and coordination in public and private institutions, work independently or take on academic positions.
