General Information

The business administration master's program offers an interdisciplinary approach consisting of theoretical and practical courses covering all areas of business administration discipline. Within the framework of the program, an educational program is implemented to train middle and senior managers who will produce solutions to the problems of the national economy and industry by conducting research that provides information and technology production at international level.


Program Educational Objectives

1. To train management candidates who have sufficient knowledge and equipment to manage global companies and institutions by creating brands,
2. To implement a training program to train business people who will produce solutions to the problems of the national economy and industry,
3. The skills and talents we aim to have in our graduates include looking out for the benefit of society, being responsible, being solution-oriented, and also valuing research and knowledge.


Degree Earned

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Master's Degree in Business Administration.


Level of Degree Earned

The Business Administration program is a Master's degree program, classified as Level 7 in the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ).


Requirements and Rules of the Degree Earned

To graduate from the thesis program, students must have successfully completed all course loads (at least a C grade), have a general grade point average of at least 2.50 out of 4.00, and have completed a minimum of 149 ECTS credits. To graduate from the non-thesis program, students must have successfully completed all course loads (at least a C grade), have a general grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50 out of 4.00, and have completed a minimum of 90 ECTS credits.


Admission Requirements

To apply to the thesis program, the candidate must have a minimum score of 85 from ALES for the scholarship program and a minimum score of 80 for the fee-based program and a minimum score of 75 from the foreign language exam conducted by YDS, E-YDS, YÖKDİL or TOBB ETÜ. For applications to the non-thesis program, a minimum score of 55 from ALES and a minimum score of 50 from the foreign language exam conducted by YDS, E-YDS, YÖKDİL or TOBB ETÜ are required. The undergraduate GPA must be at least 2.50/4.00 for the thesis program and at least 2.00/4.00 for the non-thesis program.


Recognition of Prior Learning

Courses taken in other graduate programs may be accepted after their documentation and course content are reviewed by the Institute's Board of Directors in terms of suitability and adequacy.


Examinations, Assessment and Evaluation

The success grade of a course is obtained by evaluating the midterm exams, homework, practical work and the final exam together. The weight of the exams and practical work in the course success grade is determined by the instructor.
