Comprehends the interaction between concepts, institutions and methods in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law and close social sciences and establishes a connection.
SKILLS Cognitive - Applied Uses the expert level knowledge acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law in the analysis of issues and problems related to legal theory and practice.
Ability to evaluate and interpret the expert level knowledge acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law together with information related to different disciplines and creates new knowledge based on these.
Solves the problems encountered in legal theory and practice using research methods specific to the field of law.
