Within the scope of the course, in line with the analysis of the space, a comprehensive theoretical knowledge is conveyed from the definition of the space and what are the components that make it up. In addition, students are given visual examples of interior spaces designed today. Students are introduced to how the concepts of culture and architecture shape each other and how architectural styles, types and symbols form architectural cultural memory in different time, social and political processes. Then, as a reflection of high and pop culture, art and cultural spaces (museums, exhibition spaces, libraries, operas, concerts, etc. art and cultural complexes) in our country and in the world are analyzed in terms of function (material, style, typology, aesthetic approach, etc.).
