Course Description
Fundamentals of strategic management, strategic analysis, strategy formulation, environmental analysis, strategy implementation and control, other topics in strategic management (leadership, organizational culture, business ethics, crisis management and unplanned change, strategic management in small businesses, strategic management problems in organizations, case studies) ) will be explained.

Course Objectives
This course provides a comprehensive foundation in strategic management, covering strategy formulation, implementation, and control. Students will analyze business environments, develop competitive strategies, and address leadership, ethics, crisis management, and small business challenges. Case studies and practical applications enhance decision-making skills for real-world organizational success in dynamic environments.
Course Outcomes
1. Students will learn to apply strategic management principles, including environmental analysis, competitive strategy development, and performance evaluation, to drive organizational success.
2. Students will examine the impact of leadership, organizational culture, and business ethics on strategic decision-making and implementation in various business contexts.
