The course aims to provide students with comprehensive information on administrative review, administrative courts, types of administrative cases and the procedure of the proceedings. The course teaches the principles of the administrative judicial process, the types of cases, the process of filing a lawsuit and the stages of finalization of the types of cases. By learning the basic functioning of the administrative judiciary, special procedures and remedies, students will have a knowledge base to understand the legal effects of administrative judicial decisions.
1. Has a command of the general principles of administrative judicial review and the functions of administrative courts.
2. Defines the principles governing administrative judicial review, the limits and scope of administrative judicial review.
3. Has knowledge of the filing of administrative cases and the initial examination processes; distinguishes the types of cases.
4. Has knowledge of processes such as suspension of execution and finalization of the file in administrative cases.
5. Has a detailed knowledge of the stages of examining the merits of annulment cases and full remedy cases.
6. Discusses the special trial procedures, changes in the parties of the case and the cases where HMK, VUK are applied.
7. Has a command of the processes of implementation of administrative judicial decisions, explanation of decisions and correction of mistakes.
8. Has a command of the legal remedies against administrative judicial decisions, the individual application method and the legal effects of these processes.
