Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with practical experience in litigation processes and courtroom procedures. Throughout the course, students will learn how to draft legal petitions, understand fundamental procedural law concepts, engage in teamwork, and develop oral advocacy skills. By working on a hypothetical case scenario, students will prepare legal documents and practice oral arguments. At the end of the course, students will participate in a moot court competition, where they will apply their acquired knowledge and advocacy skills in a simulated trial setting.

Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to provide students with practical training in litigation procedures, procedural law rules, and effective advocacy techniques. Students will develop skills in drafting legal petitions, presenting evidence, formulating legal arguments, and delivering oral pleadings. Additionally, the course aims to enhance professional skills such as teamwork, time management, and effective communication, which are essential for legal practice.

Week 2: Essential Elements of Legal Petitions Structure and necessary components of legal petitions
Week 3: Fundamentals of Procedural Law I Basic principles of procedural law Key legal concepts related to litigation
Week 4: Fundamentals of Procedural Law II Legal procedures in court cases Rules of evidence presentation
Week 5: Teamwork and Oral Advocacy Techniques Effective teamwork strategies Key aspects of oral pleadings
Week 6: Team Formation, Case Distribution, and Initial Preparations Assigning teams and roles Introduction to the moot court case scenario Beginning of practical casework
