Course Description
In this course, the fundamental concepts of notification law, the importance of notifications, types of notifications, the principles of notification, how notifications are made, where and to whom notifications are made, the addressee of the notification and individuals authorized to accept the notification on behalf of the addressee, impossibility of notification and the consequences of avoiding receiving the notification, judicial notifications and their characteristics, public notifications, electronic notifications, as well as improper notifications and their consequences, are examined.

Course Objectives
In the notification law course, concepts related to notification law, the procedure of notification, and the consequences of improper notifications are understood, and the student will be able to use this knowledge in practice.
Course Outcomes
1. Learns the basic concepts related to notification law and applies them correctly.
2. Learns which authorities issue notifications and the principles of notification, and uses this knowledge in practice.
3. Gains knowledge about the types of notifications and can decide how these types should be applied in different situations.
4. Learns how notifications are made to the addressee and individuals authorized to accept notifications on behalf of the addressee, and uses this knowledge in practice.
5. Understands what special types of notifications, such as electronic notifications and public notifications, are and how they should be applied.
6. Learns the consequences of improper notifications and analyzes how such errors can be prevented in practice.

Week 4: Principles of Time, Person, and Place in Notification
Week 5: Special Notification Provisions for the Addressee and Notification Difficulties
Week 6: Notification and Public Notification under Article 35 of the Notification Law
Week 7: Notification Abroad
Week 8: Electronic Notification and KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) Application
Week 9: Notification Documents, Notification Fees, and Expenses
Week 10: Improper Notifications
Week 11: Financial and Administrative Notifications
Week 12: Notification Crimes
