The aim of the course is to examine the basic concepts, principles, institutions and rules discussed in the field of Economic Administrative Law together with current developments, to compare the principles and principles of economic administrative law with the principles and principles of traditional administrative law and to provide the student with the ability to distinguish new forms that can be interpreted as deviations from traditional administrative law.

The aim of the course is to examine the basic concepts, principles, institutions and rules discussed in the field of Economic Administrative Law together with current developments, to compare the principles and principles of economic administrative law with the principles and principles of traditional administrative law and to provide the student with the ability to distinguish new forms that can be interpreted as deviations from traditional administrative law.
1. With this course, the student will be able to master the basic knowledge and current debates about the meaning, functional area, historical background and factors affecting the emergence of economic administrative law.
2. Prepare and present a basic homework in accordance with the scientific writing format by using the information obtained as a result of individual and / or group research.
3. To be able to distinguish the areas where economic administrative law is used. To be able to give examples from practice, to question, evaluate and interpret the related discussions.
4. To have a command of the specific institutions and concepts and their characteristic features in the discussion of economic administrative law. Finds the opportunity to compare with traditional moulds.
5. To be able to distinguish the legislative texts on which economic administrative law is based.
6. Access to current national and international sources where the subject is discussed and interpret the positive and negative aspects of economic administrative law.
7. Can develop suggestions for the administration to carry out its activities more efficiently.
