The "Applications of Inheritance Law" course is designed to help students understand the real-world applications of theoretical knowledge related to inheritance law. It aims to enable students to translate their theoretical knowledge into practice by analyzing concrete cases. The course covers topics such as types of inheritance, drafting wills, inheritance distribution, reduction lawsuits, and disclaiming inheritance, focusing on the functioning of legal processes. Through court decisions, case studies, and practical exercises, students consolidate their knowledge of inheritance law and develop the ability to produce solutions to legal problems they may encounter.
1. Understands the basic concepts of inheritance law, the principle of universal succession, statutory inheritance, and voluntary inheritance, and develops the ability to apply this knowledge to concrete cases.
2. Gains knowledge of the procedures and methods regarding processes such as obtaining a certificate of inheritance, probate, and succession, and can resolve legal issues arising in these processes.
3. Acquires mastery of the legal regulations concerning the preparation, annulment, and execution of wills and inheritance contracts and evaluates these processes using legal methods.
4. Analyzes legal issues encountered in matters such as disclaiming inheritance, annulment of testamentary dispositions, fraudulent transactions by the decedent, and reduction lawsuits, and proposes solutions.
5. Understands legal procedures such as equalization in inheritance, transfer of inheritance shares, and distribution of inheritance, and applies these procedures in accordance with legal norms.
6. Gains the ability to work as part of a team and complete a project through a practical study related to inheritance law.

Week 3: Certificate of Inheritance and Procedures Related to Probate and Succession
Week 4: Testamentary Dispositions in Formal Terms: Drafting Wills and Inheritance Contracts, Procedures, Practical Examples, and Termination
Week 5: Procedures for Opening a Will, Procedures for Contesting a Will, Procedures for Execution of a Will
Week 6: Procedures for Disclaiming Inheritance, Inheritance Disclaimer Petition, and Situations Regarding Judicial Disclaimer of Inheritance, Annulment of Testamentary Dispositions
Week 7: Revocation Process of Certificate of Inheritance
Week 8: Presentation of Practical Study and Assessment of Related Issues
Week 9: Litigation Based on Fraudulent Transactions by the Decedent, with a Focus on Reduction Lawsuits, Legal Consequences of Reduction Lawsuits and Practical Examples for Determining Reduction Amounts
